If you are not satisfied with any part, it may be returned* for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please call one of our sales representatives for a Return Authorization Number. This RA# must appear on any returns or they will be refused.WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN C.O.D.s! The original packing slip,your name,address & phone number must accompany all returns. Any part returned after 30 days and within 90 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER 90 DAYS!!! Please advise why the stock is being returned so we can take proper action. All parts being returned must be Transportation Prepaid. NOTE: All packages must be opened and inspected by the customer within 5 days of invoice date.* All printed material and all electrical parts are non-returnable.*Installed or altered items are non-returnable, as well as special order items.
In the unlikely event of premature failure of items sold by us, we invite you to discuss the matter so that an appropriate adjustment may be made. Since items listed in this catalog are manufactured by a wide spectrum of suppliers, as well as ourselves, our general policy is to examine each case on its own merit and make an adjustment satisfactory to both parties. CARS Inc. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, and CARS Inc. neither assumes or authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this merchandise. CARS Inc. liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
Examine and count all packages carefully-multiple package shipments may not arrive on the same day.If parts arrive damaged contact the carrier immediately:all claims for damaged parts should be directed to the carrier involved-BE SURE TO KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIAL. If you need help, contact us. Please refer to the invoice number and date in all correspondence regarding your order. Any liability for consequential and incidental damage is expressly disclaimed.
Prices are effective immediately and supercede any previously published catalog and/or advertised prices. As we handle merchandise from multiple dealers & various raw materials with occasional price fluctuations, CARS Inc. reserves the right to change these prices without notice, as well as correct or change typographical errors or incorrect prices. Prices & discounts on interior and/or weatherstrip kits are for retail customers only and no further discounts are allowed off these kit prices without the express and/or written consent of CARS Inc.

We have installed a FAX machine to receive your orders. Our FAX line is in operation 24 hours a day, including weekends. You may FAX your order to us by completely filling out your order form then FAXing it to us at 1-248 853-8919. Please note that this is a FAX line only and that there is no voice communication.
Items considered special order are non-stocked items or specially manufactured items (example: Interiors using non-original color combinations or non-original materials). All special order items are priced as follows: Seatcovers OR Sidepanel sets are charged a fee of an additional $150.00 each. If purchased together, the seatcovers and sidepanels would incur an additional $250.00 total. All other special items such as Headliners,carpets,etc. are priced at catalog price plus 30%. Special order items must be PREPAID IN FULL and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
It is our goal to ship all in-stock parts on your orders within 24 hours after receipt. If we are out of stock on any part, it will be designated on your invoice in the Back Ordered column-it is our normal policy to ship all backorders complete unless otherwise specified. If we do not ship the back ordered part within 30 days, give us a call for an update and, if requested, we will refund or credit your money; you will be notified before the back ordered parts are shipped out to you. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
We ship UPS whenever possible, so be sure to give us your street address, complete with zip code, etc. We will charge you actual shipping and handling charges for your order. We reserve the right to ship Truck Freight collect whenever a heavy or bulky part is ordered. Foreign Orders and AK or HI call 1-248-853-8900 or email email@example.com for a quote. No part over 42 inches in length may be sent via Parcel Post to a foreign country. Parts over 42 inches will be shipped Air Freight Collect.
Customer is responsible for freight charges on any items shipped by UPS or truck. In the event that a freight shipment is refused by the customer, freight charges both ways are the responsibility of the customer. CARS Inc. does not accept C.O.D. shipments.
